you let johnny wear a swimsuit when he's doing interviews on the beach? that's a good way to get cancelled. cancelled faster than the fourth of july. christina from missouri, what is the mark above your eyebrow? do you want the real story? it was dark out and i walked into a door. i had just turned the lights out, it takes 10 seconds for your eyes to get used to total darkness, walked into a door. i'm watters and this is my world. >> sean: welcome to hannity. in a bizarre moment caught on video, french president emmanuel macron's wife appeared to shove him in the face as there plain doors open. we have more on that. also the scandal around joe biden's cognitive decline
6:01 pm
and the ensuing cover-up is deepening, who knew what -- what did they know, when did they know it, how bad was it and who was really in charge. you deserve answers and bombshell revelations from jake tapper and alex thompson's new book are showing just how far the administration and people around joe went to go to hide his decline from the american public. 18 admitting the white house staff acted on democratically because of their hatred for president trump. while also telling thompson and tapper that several senior political veterans worked with jill and hunter biden, sitting down with fox news is... thompson addressed these revelations, let's take a look. >> these aids were not even senate confirmed aids. these were unelected people and 1 of the things that comes out in our reporting here is that if you believe, i think a lot of
6:02 pm
people believe that donald trump was and is an accidental threat to democracy, you can rationalize anything including doing undemocratic things. >> sean: didn't they say that lara trump was making fun of his daughter. nobody ever talked about joseph stutter. their hatred of president trump was so strong that they were willing to act on democratically while also claiming that trump is a threat to democracy. they did that simultaneously. they felt justified keeping biden in power because they not you we the people determined that trump was a threat to democracy. their power on top of it. no one white house reporter telling fox news digital that this was a cover-up by any definition and one that included both public and private facing dimensions while a second reporter called out fake news cnn for refusing to cover the story that tapper has now written about.
6:03 pm
the level of hypocrisy should be shocking and alarming to every american. this is what i've been telling you. the legacy media is dead they just don't know it yet. sadly it's only par for the course from today's left. while the biden administration worked to hide his true decline from all of you they were aided by the legacy media mob themselves were now profiting in some cases on it who showed yet again how truly dishonest they are. they covered up by didn't decline while they claimed ignorance and pretended they just didn't notice. they said they showed you the real joe biden but they did not. for years right here on the show we showed you the real biden. we were criticized for showing you the real biden. we showed what was clear and obvious decline and frankly the national security risk that came with it having him in office as posing to be the president of our country. anyone that says to you they didn't see it, make no mistake they are lying to you.
6:04 pm
this is worse than watergate. fake jake. it's worse than watergate. this is a clear and present danger to the country. who was in charge? a few unelected trump haters usurping all presidential authority and the media claiming to not see the obvious. that's beyond a threat to democracy so these members of the legacy media mob claiming to be fair and balanced and journalists are anything but. talk about scott pelly later. there an agenda has been revealed and they have lost the trust of the american people that a nordh them all throughout the 2024 campaign and are ignoring them today. they would rather hide biden's decline from the american public because they decided that it was better than donald trump and by covering up his cognitive decline they show themselves to be the true threat to democracy. imagine if the roles were reversed and this was president trump. you would never ever hear the
6:05 pm
end of it. between biden cover-up, the ideological stances, it's no wonder people are fleeing the left. so they've come up with a solution to bring young men back to the party. that it's already facing widespread mockery. they are spending a whopping $20 million on a bizarre american men study to try and recover their losses from november. the study highlights the core of the left's problem, a never-ending obsession with identity politics. according to reports one aspect will involve studying the syntax , language and content that gains attention and virality in these spaces. really? you have to learn, hey, how are you, would you like to get a beer joe? hey, joe did you see the game the other night. what is that mean?
6:06 pm
also advising rolling out these pro-democratic ads. they want to put them in video games because young men they think play video games and would care about the commercial they are running during their video game which they will find annoying in all likelihood. the problems for democrats are only going to get worse as the party embraces far more infighting ahead of the 2028 nomination. even the atlantic is sounding the alarm about the incoming political civil war in the democratic party. in an interview, former chicago mayor ... he's back. he called the democratic party week and woke. this is the same guy, he served two terms as mayor. he did not lift a finger to address the never ending violence in chicago. certainly didn't fix it but now appears to be laying the groundwork for a run in 2028. he's going to run to the centre. fair enough. except it does not coincide with the reality of his political life. the radical left continues to
6:07 pm
dominate the party. squad member aoc would absolutely trounce chuck schumer by 21 points in a new york primary. run aoc run. right now the loudest voice in the democratic party is jasmine crockett. we liked jasmine crockett on the show because she makes the democrats look so great and continues to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. here's what she said following president trump's speech. >> he literally sounds like someone who has broken out of the insane asylum. he's all over the place. give him some adhd medicine if nothing else because i don't know where he's ever going to go. it is time for republicans to start calling him out and start questioning his mental acuity and whether or not he is equipped to serve mentally. we know when it comes down to his criminality he is not qualified to serve but this is just absolutely deplorable.
6:08 pm
>> sean: talk about mental acuity, that's the leader of the new democratic radicalized party. that party is flailing but don't worry, "politico" has a solution. the outlet is fantasizing about what a left-wing shadow cabinet would look like. some of the heavy hitters the outlet claims could save the party include, you can't really make this up, jon stewart, giselle federman, mark cuban. this is a party that is on life support and a big shadow cabinet will do nothing to change the fact that they had a chance to stand up for example for women sports and not allow men to play and women sports but they became the champion of men playing women sports and allowing them in locker rooms. they had a chance to stop the invasion at our southern border. we have anywhere between 14 and 20 million unvented biden-harris illegals. known terrorists, cartel
6:09 pm
members. but they chose kamala harris and she wanted to give taxpayer-funded sex change operations to illegals. her running mate wanted taxpayer-funded college scholarships to illegals. they've all covered up for joe biden and the self-inflicted damage the democratic party has done to itself, it cannot be undone. while the media mob tries to clean up its roll in the cover-up and the left tries to learn how to talk, you imagine $20 million to learn how to talk to men. we do have some encouraging news to bring you tonight because it's only been four months since president trump took office and look at this, the economy is booming. consumer confidence just made its largest jump in four years amid a trade -- truce with china. gas prices hit a four-year low last week ahead of the memorial day weekend and it's time now for our washington briefing. good news on the economy, the markets do seem to respond
6:10 pm
whenever the president gets close to are starts talking about trade deals like with china and with great britain. now there's talk of a deal coming with the european union. >> that's right. there is good news today. consumer confidence hit a record high and also the highly respected pollster matt rasmussen showed the majority of americans view our country as heading on the right track under president trump. this is a stark contrast to what that same polling showed under the previous disastrous administration led by joe biden. as for the trade talks, i was just going back and forth with our trade representative jamison greer who informed me the trump administration continues to be an intensive talks with india and the president of course has applied very public pressure to the european union so that they can have a miraculous trade deal just like we cut with britain
6:11 pm
and our friends in the united kingdom so we continue to move forward in cutting good deals that put the american people and the american worker first. >> sean: that poll you referred to, the percentage of americans who say the country is on the right track is the highest number that they have surveyed in their 29 year pulling history which i found significant. on me ask you about the fbi reopening investigations into the supreme court abortion decision leak. the biden white house cocaine scandal that lasted a whopping ten days and of the sixth pipe polymer mystery. it seems like the administration is going back and getting to the bottom of some unfinished business. >> all of those announcements coming from the fbi, kash patel and our great attorney general pam bondi who is committed to the truth just like president trump and his entire administration and committed to
6:12 pm
an unprecedented level of access and transparency that is led by president trump at the white house every day. he takes questions from the press, he talks directly and honestly and candidly about the problems and the challenges he's solving not just here at home but also abroad. and he's demanding answers. one of the things he's going to continue to push for answers on his who was running the country over the past four years. you just talked about in your monologue and i'm glad to hear it because this is truly the greatest political scandal our country has ever scene. we had unelected radical left of white house staffers who nobody knew their names running the most powerful country in the history of the world and a democrat party was in a complete alliance to cover it up and the mainstream media was right along with them. they were asking what his favourite ice cream was rather than asking him weather or not he was suited to run the country we need answers on what took place over the past four years because look at the consequences
6:13 pm
of having these unelected radical left-wing staffers in the west wing running the country. we had a wide-open border invasion that this administration is cleaning up every day despite challenges the courts. we had an economy that was left in the dust but i can think to president trump's pro-growth policies and now we have the one big beautiful bill on its way to his desk in the senate now, being marked up and amended so it can go back to the house and into the president ultimately for signature this summer. we have a lot of good news thanks to president trump and his policies but we need answers and the american people demanded them within the overwhelming victory that they gave to president trump on november fifth in the total and complete rejection of the democrat party and joe biden. >> harvard has a 53 billion-dollar endowment. that's a lot of money. and they also have institutionalized discrimination and anti-semitism and have not taken a stand against it yet they take a stand against everything else and embraced di.
6:14 pm
why would they get one american taxpayer dollar knowing that this is the case and also the case at a lot of other ivy league institutions? >> that's a very good question sean rooted in common sense. i watched the left-wing cable media, cnn on my television in the white house all day and they were up in arms over the president's common sense policy when it comes to federal funding for harvard. not a single one of those reporters can answer the question of why an institution that is pushing anti-american values with a $53 billion endowment should receive a single penny of taxpayer funds. the president is more interested in giving that taxpayer money to trade schools and programs and state schools where they are promoting american values. the most importantly educating the next generation based on
6:15 pm
skills that we need in our economy and our society. electricians, kroenke -- plumbers, we need more of those and less lgbtq graduate majors from harvard university and that's what this administration's position is. we also are not going to tolerate the illegal criminal anti-semitic behaviour that we saw take place at harvard and many other campuses across the country. >> in light of the new information that is become available through this book that has come out about joe biden's cognitive decline and the reason that certain people around biden covered it up in the media covered it up, will there be, should there be an investigation into who knew what and when and who was really in control? >> i believe the president thinks there should be and i know james comber is interested in bringing some people to the hill to testify about what they knew and when.
6:16 pm
this is not just noise, this isn't just about a book. this isn't about who knew what and when it's about who knew about the policies that were being implemented that had grave consequences and a grave impact on our nation's national security and our homeland security. policies that took the lives of innocent americans across the country like the open border policies that led to an illegal immigrant invasion. people need to be held accountable and who knew want and when are certainly questions that need to be answered. >> there's the white house briefing. thank you for being with us. and a complete lack of self-awareness, fake jake tapper is admitting that joe biden and his cover-up which he was complicit in is possibly worse than watergate. here's what he told piers morgan >> this brings me to your conclusion which says joe biden is not richard nixon, the hiding of the cover-up of the deterioration is not watergate.
6:17 pm
i'm not entirely sure i agree with that conclusion. >> the next line is it is an entirely separate scandal. it is a scandal, it is without question, and maybe even worse than watergate in some ways. because richard nixon was in control of his faculties when he wasn't drinking. >> sean: imagine if the roles were reversed here. your chief of staff, you know that president trump's and cognitive decline, you are hiding him from the public, you are controlling every aspect of his life. he's not making decisions, you are part of that cover-up. that becomes public, what happens... >> looking for a pardon for the next administration.
6:18 pm
i'm so happy you asked the question that way because that's what i was going to talk about. this was an intentional cover-up because if you knew how a white house where do you know you've got an entire staff in the communications department that is sing it -- sitting around writing talking points every day. writing about all these lies, writing about the group poured. about what are we going to say after the debate that joe biden fell on his face over. they talked about putting joe biden in a wheelchair. they knew all about it and it was intentional. those of the same 200 sources in that book who are the same 200 buyers that went on tv that said he's sharp as a tack. they are managing him in a nursing home in the white house all while doing that. it's called gaslighting. they'd didn't...
6:19 pm
but they did it so often that they started having people, idiot people, but they started having people repeat these lies over and over again. in the trump white house they have the opposite problem. they've got a president that is the chief of staff and everything else. but this is an intentional cover-up by a lot of people that cannot just go on acting as if it just sort of happened and they didn't realize what they were doing. they did it day in and day out. >> to me it was the threat to our national security. if you don't have a president and who's going to be the commander in chief if that moment comes. they are admitting... i believe they were complicit that they were acting in a way that was not democratic while simultaneously claiming that donald trump is a threat to democracy. maybe you can decipher that for the audience.
6:20 pm
>> remember back in august of 2021, joe biden was told by his joint chiefs not to pull out of afghanistan in the way that he eventually did and then he lied or didn't remember the conversation in terms of what happened next, 13 u.s. service members killed. this isn't just about it was a cover-up but nobody got hurt. literally our service men and women got killed in the difference between now and watergate in terms of this cover-up is that one president in terms of richard nixon, he was forced to resign while the other one biden was allowed to finish his term because we had a media led by the likes of jake tapper who looked the other way for years and even scolded anyone who questioned if a sitting president had a functioning cpu. meanwhile where we got on this insufferable book tour? day 94? will this thing be over before christmas? make it stop already.
6:21 pm
now the authors are now saying that many of us be diligent about president trump's mental health. tapper is now demanding congressional hearings and demanding transparency from trump who at last check is not showing in any way, shape, or form remotely any sign of parkinson's that biden clearing -- clearly was suffering from in terms of his inabilities. this is 31 flavours of delusion. there's no bottom for these people. let's put it this way, he blamed a starter on joe biden's cognitive decline and cnn pushed the whole hoax during joe biden in 2024. so let's see those closest to joe biden up on capitol hill. that includes the fake dr. and former first lady jill biden, his former press secretaries. i want to see especially susan rice, any rice, i don't care.

let's see the hearings on congressional -- on capitol hill >> he says folks will put me on because it's a competitive network. they are not competitive with anybody. they maybe competitive with the cartoon network or an infomercial. but not fox. my question is yes or no, will anybody be held accountable? >> i hope so but probably no in the end because it's not expedient to do so. >> i say yes and i'd start with the press secretary, 80 is the new 40. the most smoke talking point that she could think of and she buried it down the throats of the american people. i think the answer is yes. >> my favourite is i have a hard

sunday he had more strong words for prudent, take a look. >> i'm not happy with what putin is doing, he's killing a lot of people and i don't know what happened. i've known him a long time, always gone along with him but he's sending rockets into cities and killing people and i don't like it at all okay? we are in the middle of talking and he's shooting rockets into cities. i don't like it all. >> you talked about putting more sanctions on russia, is that something you are considering? >> absolutely. he's killing a lot of people, i don't know what's wrong with him. what happened to him? he's killing a lot of people, i'm not happy about that. >> he's going crazy and playing with fire. keith kellogg also confirmed that russia has rejected president trump's push to have the next round of peace talks at the vatican while the kremlin is accusing trump of being emotional. a lot of dying people, a reason

to be emotional. oklahoma senator, mark wayne mullen. as far as i'm concerned there's a few things that need to happen. there are 82 centres that have signed on to a massive sanctions bill, i think that has to happen. i think we must insist that europe stop funding this war machine of putin and stop buying energy from russia. number 3 they need to take off the handcuffs off zelenskyy and let him unleash inside of russia funded not by the u.s. but by europe, your thoughts. >> you are absolutely correct. the president has been very patient with prudent. and i get it. we saw how much patience reagan had with gorbachev. at the same time he's trying to clean up the mess that he didn't start. this war would've never taken place if trump would've been in office.
6:30 pm
he's been very clear from day one he wanted the killing to stop. he's tried to work with prudent,'s patience is running thin and you and i know president trump personally, win he's done with you, he's done. if putin continues to push this envelope the way that he is, he's going to give zelenskyy the tools he needs to fight back on the full-scale and full support of the united states but europe needs to take the lead. this isn't our fight, it's not in our backyard, this is europe's backyard however president trump has made it very clear that he wants the killing to stop and he was very clear in his statement. russia right now is selling petroleum products, refined gasoline and crude oil to china at a 70% rate, meaning 30% off of what the actual going rate is. they are using what we call these ghost fleets to avoid

6:33 pm
clear this isn't our fight, this is there fight. >> how are we going to stop, if they want the massive discount on energy that they are getting from russia and they are bypassing the sanctions, you called them ghost ships and dropping off all this energy into europe, it's like one of the best stories trump will tell is the story when he gave angela merkel the white flag of surrender and she said what's this for. that's because you surrendered to russia by signing a multibillion-dollar deal to get your energy and the lifeblood of your economy from vladimir putin. so it seems like they are hell-bent on having it both ways and it's not going to work out that well for them in the end. >> part of the tariffs and the renegotiations we are working on, they will stop this. the countries that are

6:43 pm
so i predicted that this was going to happen. harvard not only tolerates anti-semitism but two of the schools actually teach anti-semitism and encourage anti-semitism. recently the divinity school appointed as its speaker or as its martial, it's class marshal, a man who had been charged with harassing students, jewish students. the same thing is true of the harvard law school that gave a $65,000 bonus, scholarship to one of the people who had a -- harassed jewish students to continue his anti-israel advocacy. so harvard is more than just tolerated anti-semitism, and some of its schools and programs like the program on human rights it has actually taught and encouraged anti-semitism.
6:44 pm
so targeted defunding is a very good idea and a good way of responding to this horrible anti-semitism that is spreading all over the country, but harvard is the most important institution in the country so start there and teach them that they cannot use federal funds to promote anti-semitism. >> they want to challenge this in court and i think there are certain things that we have to put on the table. the largest military base we have in the gulf states in qatar , nobody ever questioned the fact that the -- they gave $8 billion. they spent $8 billion on our military base because they need that relationship to protect their country. but they did a question when they gave the president or the defence department a plane which i think is quite hypocritical considering the financial difference. and let's challenge the notion that all these foreign students get to come into this country and not be vetted to. i everybody needs to be vetted
6:45 pm
that comes into our country. do they align their values with radicalism, i'd like to know that before they get here. >> it's important to read harvard's task force. they issued a scathing report at the university deliberately allowed this anti-semitism to run rampant on-campus. they did little or nothing to protect jewish students who were targeted, harassed. as the professor points out in some cases assaulted, it's on videotape. is also evidence that harvard continues its race discrimination and in hiring. all of that violates the civil rights act of 1964 so the penalty is a loss of federal funding. good. harvard should blame itself, not trump because they created this hostile and unsafe environment for jewish students. harvard condoned it and some of

smacked me and told me to stop being a little pansy. >> sean: i can't say it any better. it is such an obvious lie. when politicians lie they are not good at it. they are like little kids. longtime 60 minutes anchor news man scott pelley also "cbs evening news", he gives the address and here's the thing, it was full of rage and anti-trump rhetoric. he claims he's a journalist, scott you are not. you are a biased liberal radical talk show host and here's the proof. >> our sacred rule of law is under attack. journalism is under attack. universities are under attack. freedom of speech is under attack. and insidious fear is reaching

through our schools, are businesses, our homes and into our private thoughts. >> did he or 60 minutes or cbs, did they break the story about the russia collusion being a hoax? no. did they go into abuse which used the russian dossier that hillary paid for? no. today check out the real value of marlowe go not being 18 million? no. today talk about the statue of limitations having run up in the case they brought against trump? no. to they talk about the double standard top secret classified information? no. he's a liar and this drives me nuts about people that claim to be journalists. >> that's right. anyone who claims to be an investigative journalist or a reporter of any kind for that matter yet did not speak to bidens decline and his mental acuity over the past four years

looses that title. they lose all credibility and everything they say from that point forward, regardless of what the topic is should be discarded entirely. to sit here and listen to him say that or rule of law is under attack because of president trump and his administration and his doj, to hear that journalism is under attack because of president trump, to hear that freedom of speech is under attack. i go on college campuses where i am denied a spot to speak, a place on-campus. i'm kicked off of these campuses oftentimes police have to get involved with me being the perpetrator here, to hear this is incredibly -- it's displeasing, it's underwhelming but i will tell you the american people see through this. we see where outlets like cnn and msnbc, they are losing their ratings and viewership is declining. the american people see through it. >> sean: the abortion decision
